  • COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

     

    This Commercial License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [Day OF Purchase] by and between:

    Creative Liftoff ( MySkyPet, ElonReevesArts & Skyboy46)
    www.myskypet.com

    And the “Buyer

     

    1. License Grant

    Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the digital images (the "Images") described as follows:

    - All purchased images by the “buyer:

     

    2. Permitted Uses

    Licensee is granted the right to use the Images for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

    - Printing on t-shirts, mugs, and other merchandise.

    - Incorporating the Images into home decor items.

    - Selling products featuring the Images on Licensee's own website or third-party platforms (e.g., Etsy, Redbubble).

     

    3. Restrictions

    Licensee is expressly prohibited from:

    - Reselling the Images as standalone digital downloads.

    - Allowing third parties to use the Images without obtaining a separate license.

    - Using the Images in any way that would infringe upon the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

    4. Ownership and Copyright

    Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Images, including copyright. Licensee is not acquiring any ownership rights to the Images.
    All buyers who purchased the licensed images have the freedom forever to points “1+2. “

     

    5. Breach and Remedies

    In the event of a breach of this Agreement, Licensor reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages, including attorney's fees and costs.
    The Only Rule Is: DO NOT DIRECTLY RESELL THE IMAGES AS DIGITAL DOWNLOADS or LIST THEM FOR FREE IN ANYWAY AS DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

    6. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, written or oral.

     

    7. Amendments

    Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
