Hello, and welcome to life stories. Unlike "Life Theory," you won't need to watch your screen for this once. So, put your phone away, and adjust the volume. Even better if you put your headphones on.

Calm your mind and body, and take a deep breath. Now relax, and concentrate for the next few minutes only on this sound.

We are going to talk about discipline. Life is not easy, and mastering discipline can make a huge difference in your life.

When life gets hard, brutal, and sometimes unjustified, you will need many strengths at your disposal--having the discipline to calm your mind in a heated conversation and calming your thoughts before speaking in anger.

Being able to sleep before you make a life-changing decision is another form of discipline.

If you don't have it, you won't win in life. You won't get the trophy. You won't become the champion of your world.

Work hard when no one is watching, when your friends don't see you when your boss thinks you are at home and resting.

Say no! to all the negativity. Say no, to all the distractions.

Do this, and you will find growth on the other side.

You have heard that Rome wasn't built in a day, but do you know why? It's because it took 1229 years for it to be built from its foundation until its collapse.

Like Rome, your inner world isn't going to be developed in 10, 20, or even 30 years. It' is a never-ending process, until the inevitable collapse. For us, that is death.

This should not discourage you. This should make you strive to hire and create a more significant impact.

Hang in there when things are not going your way. Work harder. Don't say why me? Say come and try me!

Your time will come! No matter how old you are now. You are never too young or old for success or going after what you want. And don't forget that through discipline comes freedom.

Here is a short story on discipline.

There once was a wise older person in a small village of ancient people. He was the first person they would go to whenever they had questions.

One time, they started to build a wall to protect their village from invasion, but things were going too slowly. When the builders asked the old man how long would making the wall take, he said. Have discipline, and it will be done in no time.

By the time they got two-thirds of the wall ready, the village had expanded, and so did the size of the wall. When asked again how much the new, more extensive wall would take them, the wise man answered. Have discipline, and it will be done in no time. But the village kept on growing, and the wall kept on getting bigger. Seasons changed outside the windows.

But there was always someone asking the same question, and the answer was the same.

By the time the wall was finished, there was no longer a village. It was now a vast city of great importance.

When the last brick of the wall was finally put in place, the wise man came and told the people.

Discipline is not about having an end goal and stopping there. It's about growing so much in the process that you don't ever want to stop ever again.

So this is what we are saying to you. Have discipline, do everything brick by brick, and before you know it, you will be at the top of a castle, while the others will still be wondering how to get their first dig in the ground.

GLOBAL IMPACT - BECAUSE WE NEED SOMETHING POSITIVE

I want to highlight some good positive news that happened recently. We, as humans, rarely focus on the positive I think it will be a good idea if we focus on some of the not so ugly things on our planet. One might even find them fascinating and charging.
